2013 - 2015
With a Cert. III in Hospitality, I started my Hospitality career in Townsville’s Mercure Hotel, Celsius Restaurant. I worked there for close to 12 months before being recommended to the 5-star Pullman Cairns International Hotel by my supervisor.
I worked at the Pullman Cairns International for almost two years, rising in the ranks from a Food & Beverage attendant to a Conferencing & Events Team-Leader role before leaving to move to Japan.
2015 - 2017
In Japan, I worked as a Food & Beverage attendant at Cascade Resorts Ginza, Tokyo. Over the course of two years, I found myself working a casual job at Rigoletto in Roppongi for a month before being asked to be a team-leader at Cascade Restaurant in Ginza, which I promptly accepted.

2017 - 2019
After returning to Cairns, I was offered the role of Night Auditor at my previous workplace, Pullman Cairns International. Holding this position for just under a year, I was offered the role of Night Manager, which I accepted.
Due to COVID-19, many employees, including myself were stood-down, prompting me to change careers and begin my study in I.T.
